How to create an account?
Please follow this link and create an account with us.
Once you click submit your application will go to our office where administrator will review it and assign your company a corresponding price group.
We will activate your account right after and notify you about activation via email.
How do I log-in to my account?

If you forget your password simply click on the forgot the password link and follow the instructions.
How do I check if the item is in stock?
If there is no indication of the opposite all items are available and are in stock. Please call our office at +1 (416) 798 2888 for more info.
How to obtain a quote and how to order:

When will my order be delivered?
We will issue the tracking number once the purchase is made.
Return Policy
No returns are accepted without prior written authorization. Please contact us for a return authorization form for any item to be returned for any reason. Goods are returned to Kin-Lai Store Fixtures Ltd. at the customer’s expense and a 15% restocking fee is charged.
Kin-Lai Store Fixtures does not accept collect shipments. All returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt.
