Minimum Order Charge

Orders less than $100.00 (not including freight and taxes) are subject to a $15.00 handling fee.

Freight

All goods are shipped F.O.B. Kin-Lai Store Fixtures Ltd., Toronto warehouse.

Claims and Damages

Claims must be reported to Kin-Lai Store Fixtures Ltd. within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods. We will do our best to help resolve a claim. Once a claim is approved, Kin-Lai will issue a return authorization if needed and process a credit or refund. Please note that Kin-Lai will not assume any responsibility, expense or liability for repairs or modifications made outside Kin-Lai facilities. Kin-Lai does not refund shipping charges on the original shipment.

Return Policy

No returns are accepted without prior written authorization. Please contact us for a return authorization form for any item to be returned for any reason. Goods are returned to Kin-Lai Store Fixtures Ltd. at the customer’s expense and a 15% restocking fee is charged.

Kin-Lai Store Fixtures does not accept collect shipments. All returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt.
